Caution signs have been placed at each end of the High Street in South Woodchester to warn drivers of children playing in the street. These were funded jointly by the Parish Council and Stroud District Council. The Parish Council is in discussion with the Stroud Safety Officer over parking and speed safety and is watching potential developments in the village in case land or funding could be made available. The new puffin crossing has been installed at Rooksmoor.
