Felling Work at Woodchester Park

Felling work will be undertaken at Woodchester Park from mid-September. The National Trust are going to be removing an area of non-native Western Red Cedar trees as part of their parkland restoration work. The work will take approximately 2-3 months depending on the weather, and for this time a large part of the purple walking route will be inaccessible to the public for health and safety reasons. Diversion signs will be in place to allow walkers to still do a circular route through the park. The National Trust will aim to keep disturbance to a minimum.
